Doja released this when she was 16, rumours have gone around saying it's a suicide note to herself, looking for better luck in the next life after she ends hers. Doja never released the songs true meaning but it definitely has deep and depressing lyrics hinting at her life in that moment.

Com Truise is a well known electronic artist. He has a ton of music. Ghostly International (his record label) is owned by a famous electronic artist named Matthew Dear, and the label used to provide the music for the Adult Swim interludes. I know someone who was signed to the label and had his music featured on Adult Swim. Doja just liked the song and decided to rap over it. That's the main reason this song never got released. She would have had to get the rights to use the song. I don't think she ever intended this song to be released, which is probably part of the reason for the sound quality on the vocals.

Some people are always like "ohhh said she didn’t like this song" or some shit idfc but basically she deleted it and didn’t like it cuz it was her suicide note. Around 2019 she made it and it was uploaded on yt. She doesn’t like it bcuz of what the meaning behind it means for her. i used to listen to this a lot a couple of years ago, but basically the song is around 10 years old and she made it in a very dark time. iirc she was going through a lot and ended up in a break up which made everything worse because he was the one she relied on, and according to the lyrics she would try and depend on those around her but lead nowhere, thus leading to her using drugs
