As a dancer myself, I have to commend the control she has on her locks and pops. A lock is a full stop of movement in an almost robotic style, and a pop is the same but in reverse, starting the movement again. This is where pop and lock was born. She also has a NASTY arm wave. But most of all she is doing all of this while nearly perfectly on beat. That is the sign of someone who has practiced dance immensely.
