This cell max is crazy, not only when he activates his active skill is he immortal but also does damage with his active skill and if i heard correctly he heals with one same type orb 500k health. Not only is that crazy but after his active skill, his damage output the next turns are very impressive, with an astonishing 40 mil being followed up by three 30 mil bombs. Yeah, this gigantic lizard is crazy

Just by looking at this. He might be top 3 or 4. I think he's better than Gogeta. BUT if he gets cucked early on in the fight by killing the enemy too fast to the point you don't build up. He can still die and even in later turns too. But still such a great unit. Super Bosses has a viable slot one now other than MZ turn one or Broly Cheelai and Lemo. Good job Dokkan battle. He's on par with MUI or even EVO Vegeta that's for sure. (Sidenote wish he had support but it's good enough without it tbh) Edit: oooh. Actually looking at it now. Without taunt. His back gets blown by alot of tough fights. When a 2.1 super kills. You better say goodbye to him on Gogeta Blue. I mean I suppose dodge build would just go crazy but the damage is really good. Additional dodge is probably the best build for this guy.

realistically you're gonna beat 99% of the event super quickly with Super Bosses that it might be worth building him full crits and some additionals. The Broly's will blitz difficult stages past turn 5-7 and Cell Max will dominate the first few turns.

Not even, especially since he only "builds up" 100% ATK with every Attack and 100% def with every attack taken, and you don't need to build the defense up because you'll automatically build it up when you pop your active (and additionally you probably will get it built in the first 2 turns, but he's basically immune to damage since he guards all and Reduces damage by 30% anyways!) Not to mention if you run Broly Cheelai and Lemo and give him an extra 10% DR.

I love that all 3 LR taunts we now have in-game (besides Beerus) are unique from each other. Even Max and Beast, who both just eat hits, do so in different ways. It's sick. Also we got 4 taunts for most levels of "LRs". Gogeta is Carnival, Beast is DFE, Beerus is F2P and Max is Yellow Coin.

I can understand why they didnt give him defense on super or have more defensive mechanics tbh. If his damage reduction was 50 percent instead of 30 or if his guard lasted longer theres a good chance he wouldve been better than beast considering his start of turn defense and damage exceeds his along with the insane active skill turn.
