Traditional Uyghur Soup Recipe From Scratch, How to Make Filled Pasta Soup, Shorba (Chöchüre-چۆچۈرە)

Today's traditional Uyghur recipe, one of my favourites 😍😘 a filled pasta soup, Shorba, which is called Chöchüre (چۆچۈرە) in Uyghur. It's yummy, flavourful, and all made from scratch!!

Dough:
flour 250gr
salt 1/3tsp
water 130ml
Filling:
lamb 170gr
onion 1x,110gr
cumin1/2tsp
white pepper 1/2tsp
salt 1/2tsp
Broth:
oil 100ml
lamb 150gr
onion 1x, 110gr
tomato 4x, 500gr
fresh red peppers 2x, 90gr
fresh green peppers 2x
cumin 1tsp
white pepper 1tsp
salt 2tsp
water 2L
coriander 40gr (optional)

The first time i ate Chöchüre or Chuchvara was in Samarkand Uzbekistan, it was so delicious. It is sad that i don't have an Uyghur or Uzbek restaurant close to where i live because its been a while that i had the luck to eat it again. But thanks to your video i will try it at home and do it by myself.

Why don't you just say "chochore" it's Uyghur name? There are fairytale stories about "chochore" because it looks lile ears.
