To the owner of this channel, If you're confused as to why there are so many new comments appearing now, especially ones commenting "I WAS HERE," a community of people were trying to find the identity of this 30 second clip of an unidentified song taped from the radio back in the 1980s. Well, the track was found in full today, and it just so happened to be track three of this album (Break Down Those Walls). Why "I WAS HERE"? There is this one Discord server that had an entire channel dedicated to the clip, and many happened to see the moment this track was found, hence their comments.

The reason as to why I started this channel was to upload and archive forgotten/lost music from the alternative 80's scene. It is unbelievable that the album that started my channel is the one that was found and I am glad that I somewhat contributed to the Reddit/Discord community by uploading this bands album back in 2022. I had absolutely no idea that this search was going on! Please enjoy the album!

I actually happen to have this album on vinyl. I bought it from a since closed record store for about $5 back in 2017. Considering I was about 16 I did not take very good care of it and in turn it does not play like it used to but to think I was sitting on lost media! I’ve always loved this album and wondered about its origins. Glad to know it’s finally being enjoyed by everyone!

Атмосферный заводной музон, вроде ничего выдающегося, без музыкальных инноваций, но это точно не тот случай, когда альбом "на один раз послушать". Это, на самом деле, шедевральный альбом, в нём есть нечто большее, чем просто хороший вокал и инструментал. Слушаешь и отчетливо понимаешь, что сюда "вложена душа". У группы могло быть большое будущее в своё время, жаль, что проект скорее всего окончил своё существование как типичный проходняк тех лет, без должного промоутинга. "Break Down Those Walls" - вообще звучит как неплохой саундтрек для теле/кино-продукции середины восьмидесятых.

This song was never called uptown people... and David Quinn had absolutely nothing to do with writing it. It is called break down those walls. It was written by Tommaso Comunara and Lorenzo Gilioli.
