Everyone down in that bunker live in a kind of infinite hell loop. The same people get together in the same rooms and the same scenes happen, but always somehow differently. They can feel something is wrong with their situation, but just can't put their finger on it. This makes everyone in the bunker perpetually angry. Hence the never-ending rants, trolling, and antics.
