How long should I cream a 1.2kg butter before adding the icing sugar?

For 5 mins cream the butter. (Make sure butter is cold) . Cream the butter for 5 mins and then add icing sugar (sieve the icing sugar before adding). It becomes double in size and enough stiff to pipe

Hi Shilpa, Which whip cream do you use, normal or non dairy and do you add any stabiliser in it. When ever i make cakes even after whipping my cream till stiff peaks it tends to loss its shape

Its a non dairy. And Ac is require, and you need vto work fast with whipping cream, coz our hand heat make cream melt fast.
