So do you shop the day before the store closes for remodel and that's when items are a penny? And then shop when they reopen? When you say take photos of your items, do you mean the barcode or screenshot the DG app scan price is that for check out if it rings up wrong?? Thank you!!

Thanks for the questions. I actually said, screenshot your item. When you locate a 50% off item in the category section of the DG app you want to click on the item so that you see the store location under the item and then make a screenshot. This ensures that you know which store this item will penny at. The term remodel is just the reason or what is happening to the store. The items penny the Sunday before the store actually has its physical remodel (renovations). The 50% off items will change to 0.00 a penny in the app after 12 midnight and sometimes as late as 1:30am the Sunday morning that the store will penny. It is not the same Sunday that contractors are in the store doing renovations. I hope this helps. When items penny and on what days is all explained in my various videos.
