Dollar Tree Christmas Crafts: Candy Cane Wreath

I made 2 of these today. One is a set of canes from the Dollar Tree and one set is from Walmart. I have to say, the Dollar Tree canes were so much better and cheaper than the Walmart ones! They were the same size and not crooked at all where the Walmart ones were different sizes, lengths and crooked and some were broken! The Dollar Tree wreath laid flat against the wall where the Walmart one did not and when I was gluing the Walmart one together and got to the last 2, it didn't want to line up and the space was smaller than the set of canes! I managed to move it around enough to make it work though and any space was hidden by the center snowflake! Just food for thought if anyone decides to try it! Totally worth it! Thx Southern Girl for figuring this out and bringing it to us all!

I love this. I just saw that snowflake at dollartree yesterday, I will have to go back tomorrow and buy 1, or 2. I like the idea of adding the glitter to bling it up, plea help hold it together more. You are a great teacher. Thank You for sharing your Time, and Talent with all of us.

You could put mini snow flakes around the edge & then pot your stones on them too. I want to do a small collage of snowflakes this tear & will try to include this one too. Very cute!

Girl you did it again!! Another good video. You need to hurry up and get that new phone because I always look forward to your videos! They brighten my day and believe me with the crap going on right now I need some brighting up. Having my 5th back surgery on the 20th so trying to get as much materials to make some of the things from your videos that I can, to do while I'm recovering. So please keep them coming. Hope you can get several more in in the next few days so I'll have time to look for the materials I would need. lol I have started a list of projects I will be doing. I think I’m going to make some of these using the plastic candy canes for my mommas. I have a child center with 35 little ones. Nap time gets really boring. You can’t clean or you wake them up, so my teachers and I craft. On Friday we pull a mom’s name and she gets a craft we’ve made. 90% of the time it’s one of your ideas
