No worries about the noise. i use to live near a air base and then by a fire station so I tend to tend it out. But, it was very nice of you to consider how the noise might effect us. This is beautiful. I think the curls look much better than the poofs. It doesn't take away from the shape of the cross. I've just purchase one of these frames at Goodwill, that was a poof. I've already taken the poofs off and going to the the curl method like you. Purple and white looks so good together. Purple is my favorite color. I had planned on doing the curl method. Now, that I saw your's, I'm going to do mine. It's not easter yet, but, at least I'll have it when Easter comes back around. One holiday, everyone should celebrate. That and Christmas. Just the simple things.
