Hi. It’s a Dollar Tree orange pumpkin (they were a better quality a few years back) painted in acrylic black paint. I believe the bird was also from Dollar Tree from a few years ago. I’ve been collecting Halloween decor from Dollar Tree for years. 😊❤️

Yes. I am a Dollar Tree hoarder. 😂. I need to move out of my townhome and to a house because of Dollar Tree. I usually have an idea before I purchase the materials but I do buy a lot without having one. I try to limit myself but I see potential in everything. Thanks soo much. 🥰❤️❤️

These are incredibly cool, but I do have a question...the plastic seems to be incredibly flimsy and bends easily, spackle is rigid and not meant to be adhered to plastic or materials with a lot of movement. Have you had any issues with breakage or crumbling after some usage? I would love to make one of these signs, but I use my decorations year after year and I would be sad if it started to fall apart.

R Publicover you might consider filling in with a resin material, if you have a Hobby Lobby they sell some. It’s a product that will likely be more durable especially if you consider using in a display outside. Such an awesome idea she shared, I’m so impressed with everything she does!

Hello I do agree the plastic is flimsy. I haven’t had problems with it bending and crumbling off. May I suggest (if you want to use Dollar Tree materials) that you use the all purpose caulk. It’s adheres very well to most materials and can bend with the plastic. I might try to make a coffee bar sign with that material. I hope this helped. Thanks soo much for your support. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

A St thanks for the suggestion, but resin is rather expensive here in Canada. I can get it at Michael's, but they want a small fortune for it. Even Amazon charges a lot 😕

In the event with Karem, that’s the caulk in the tube correct? That is a great idea, that stuff sticks to everything! I purchased everything to recreate. Again such wonderful creations. 💕
