Awesome, thanks. I've always made candy bouquets. I use vases, but was not sure how to improvise with boxed candy in case I didn't have a vase. This is all in good details. Using boxed candy rather then a vase is actually a cute idea.

I like the idea of taping the candy to the wooden skewers. I’ve done candy bouquets before where I’ve used hot glue and the hot glue melted a hole in the candy wrapper.

Out of all the videos, yours was awesome! A real winner. I made one for my son for Valentine's day and he loved it!! I went a bit bigger, about a $16 bouquet with a 4 sided base made from 5" X9" boxes of Dollar tree chocolates. I also added in small $1 earbuds, krazy glue, charger cord...little things a teenager would like. Wish I could show you. Thank you so much for posting this!! 👍👍👍

Turned out great. I do mine a little differant. I out the tissue paper on the sticks. I still twist the paper and everything like you do but I stab the stick in the cent of my tissue paper and then twist it and arrange it how I like it. Just a suggestion, but your turned out great. Also I always have a problem with the candy being so heavy that it wants to fall over if I don't have the candy balanced out just right. Any suggestions of a way to make the base heavier?

To make the base heavier you could could use a heavier styrofoam found at your local craft store if you don't want to go the dollar Tree route. You could also add a few stones you find at the dollar Tree and hot glue them to the bottom to make it heavier as well hope that helps. I would love to see what you come up with 🙂

They normally have the styrofoam in the craft section close by the fabrics. The floral forms are also there as well. Walmart has a great feature in there app where if you are looking for an item all you have to do is type in the item and click the “at your store” option and it will tell you the aisle the item is in.
