@@tamsondarland8951 Tamson! So good to see you. I made an excellent caserole with shredded zuchinni, cheese, and a meat sauce. Plus, I have enough shredded zucchini in the freezer to to make quite a few recipes. I love summer squash!

I'll wear short sleeves in the next video so you can see my arms, which look like clumps of cottage cheese inside a wrinkly latex balloon. Horrifying, but also kind of exhilarating. They are evidence of my success in making it to the halfway point in my weight loss experience. It's an acceptable trade off!

@@wandamyers2690 It affected me more that I thought it would. I'm finding myself a little scared to be out and about alone. As an antidote, I'll be traveling to San Diego on the train next month, alone. It's a grueling trip - train, bus over the mountains into LA, and train again to SD. Lots of walking and connection-making. By the time I get home a week later I should be my confident self again.
