Nice dollar tree haul 🛍️ Coach needs to stop send bags that have marks or been damaged. Coach had send my bag unwrapped and bag had a stain on the inside. But I returned it in got my money back.

There was no way I would have kept it. You did the right thing returning it. These bags are expensive, they should not send out flawed bags

Hi there sis. Thank you so much for always showing your support. I got my nails.from the Dollar Tree💅 I returned the bag because they said it can take 7-8 weeks for the reapair. I didn't feel right buying a brand new bag that needed repair. I'll just wait for next time 🩷💓💕

Oh no! is there recent issue with quality control? I wonder? I hope they were able to make it right with you. I love Coach and don't want to bash them buy they need to get it together. Aw I hate when that happens when you get something that you look forward to and then it's defective. This happened to me a few times as a kid on Christmas morning. I'd get a toy and there was something wrong with it and my mom would say it had to go back. Oh, talk about disappointment. I hear ya, girl! But...yeah...I think I'd take it to the store and let them look at it carefully. Is it the thread? Will it come unraveled? Maybe they can call around and have one sent from another store? Cute bag, though. ♥

Aww. I know you had to have been really disappointed as a kid. I know I would have. The thread was comming a loose and I carry a lot in my bag so this wasnt going to work for me. I have so many style city totes and haven't had a problem till now. We checked other stores and support they had one in Canada but. I didn't want to bother. Oh my, the stitching would bother me as well. I was trying to look closely to see if it was just a back stitch that could be worked out and snipped but I dont think thats the case. Plus it is multiple places. I would feel a way about it as well. Even if it were not such a big deal for me, it would be hard to explain if I wanted to resell. Loving your other goodies. I always enjoy the Novelty! 👜👜

I would take the bag back and get another one that's in perfect condition, absolutely and I would remind them that there was no Quality Control here as that bag shouldn't have been sent out. So disappointing for you 😢 it also doesn't look good on Coach so they should exchange it straight away. Beverly you are absolutely right. This does look bad on them. You are spot on with the quality control aspect. I ended up returning the bag and unfortunately they had no more in stock at the time. they informed me that they only have one repair center and it can take 7-8 weeks. I did want.to take that chance since they could not guarantee a refund if it comes back less than perfect. Thank you so much for your advice and invaluable input. This truly meams the world to me.
