There is medicine for anxiety and panic attacks. I have been fighting them for over 30 yrs but so thankful it's under control with medicine. My god, they are the most scary things, especially the panic attacks. Good luck to you. Get to a doctor sweetie you don't have to live like that and it's not going to get better on its own probably because a lot of times anxiety and panic attacks come from your subconscious it's a chemical imbalance.

I have it too. But I read that if you take Magnesium it balances you out. This may happen when the body is low in Magnesium. If you don't believe me google it and do some research on it. You don't want to go over the dosage on Magnesium either because too much is bad too so read on it because the body has to have a certain level of Magnesium if not it effects the central nervous system. True fact.

I had my gallbladder removed when I was 2 1/2 months pregnant. It’s not that bad of a surgery. Many blessings to you and your health. Hope your healing process will be fast and painless for you.

Bethany never grow up! You will look at everything with wonder and never forget to appreciate it. That’s the gift of never growing up. As for my Christmas wish, my daughter was born in 2001. We were New Yorkers then. Life has never gone back to normal as I remember it from that time. I don’t expect life to go back to what I remember prior to 2020. My wish however is for the world to safely surround themselves with friends and loved ones. We all need warm hugs. Merry Christmas ❤️

I love the mirrors! I haven’t been in DT for a few months. I have terminal cervical cancer and single momma, can’t go out. I would love a Cricut to make homemade planters. But I would truly just love to be able to give my kids a few gifts. I still have toys and collect things from my childhood. Don’t ever lose that 🖤

I got those hanging lights last week at dollar tree. Nearly missed them, they were on the bottom shelf in the garden/floral aisle. When I checked out with 5 of them, in silver, the cashier nearly flipped, asking where I found them as she'd not seen them before that moment..🤣 So glad I bought them, but now I want the gold as well lol.. I didn't know the tones were different! 😲 My Christmas wish is to see a much better year than 2020, I had to take on a whole new career path as mine was annihilated this year (school bus driver) But it's putting me into the field I wanted for years, to get into. Medical. I'll be working at one of the most renowned hospitals in the world, starting Dec 21st. Had 2020 not gone the way it did, I'd have kept making excuses for not moving forward in my desire to become an ultrasound tech. Now I'll be the the only one holding me back, if I don't take advantage of the ability to get my schooling through my new employer eventually. Positivity from negativity 👍❤ Blessings and good tidings to all for 2021! 🎄🎁 The physical gift I want is a Cricut 😍 and the Jot brand large raised dot stickers from dollar tree!

Awesome finds!! I am now on the hunt for those led lights I want them to put around my fence of my pool area to light it up in the summer time. Also those metal words are an amazing find, even on sale at Hobby Lobby those are $4-$6!! I love everything else but my two favorites and must find and get are the lights and metal words lol I was just at my DT and picked up that Toy Story 4 book as well for my son for his stocking he’s 5 in pre-school and learning to read and those type of books are perfect for him. I saw another Toy Story book at Dollar Tree and it had ALOT of words on each page and it would be to much for my son to start reading with and I want to encourage reading and for him to love it not get overwhelmed and frustrated with so many words. Those picture frames are really pretty as well! I wouldn’t mind finding those blocks with the DONT quit your day dream and adventure awaits and add a hook to it and make them stocking holders and create cute custom labels for each to hold my son, my daughter, our dog and I stockings this year. I love absolutely love when you do dollar tree hauls because you always find the best items and new finds! Happy Holidays!!

It's funny because I had a bike and hardly ever rode it. When I was a kid, we would be outside riding our bikes all day, funny how things change.

Wow! I haven’t been in to Dollar Tree for a couple of weeks and now I’m afraid how much I’m going to spend! Those Tsum Tsums! I’m a huge Disney fan (we go every year) so I’m seriously going to have to have them all!!! And those large galvanized words! Wowza! Truth about buying stuff when you see it at Dollar Tree. I scored on something at one of my stores that I have never ever seen again at any store. It was the 5” x 10 ft burlap ribbon.....and it was a Floral Craft brand. I bought all 5 I saw. For Christmas. Hm, my ultimate gift would be a Canon 70-200 ft zoom lens but that’s pretty pricey so I would be mad if hubby bought it and spent that much, lol!
