I would have to find a way to lock the bottom of the blocks and the chain together. I live in earthquake so I would need to make them more 😂. Other than that I love the shelf you made! I am also into natural wood and am going to make this for my new apartment that I have been promised! Another plus is all my bedroom furniture is low gloss black.

I ended up using a square shadow box. I didn’t have a big enough circle but dollar tree plus has those circle shape wood wall pockets that would probably work

When you glue your blocks together how do you get them off the mat they are sitting on?

I use a silicone mat that way the glue doesn’t stick to it. You can also use wax paper underneath

I hadn't found the block in our local dollar tree in months nor in the stores in the next towns all aroundxwerexi live. Have they stopped selling them. Also the faux leather ribbon I've seen on many video says they got the ribbon at dollar tree, it never was at any of the dollar trees I go to. And there is 8 of them.

The blocks seem to come and go. I usually find them in the summer time and then in the fall and stock up when I do find them. The leather ribbon I haven’t seen in a long time it was out for a very short time

The sad part is the face that we don’t have any in my city. I ordered on line and the blocks were a minimum of 15 boxes and then to have it shipped to the store cost almost as much as the blocks. It cost me $32 to go to a $tree to get supplies.

I get them either from a Dixie bell retailer or IOD. If you do a google search you should hopefully be able to find someone who sells them in your area 🥰
