You could use the Dollar Tree silverware to make handles. It can be bent into various shapes without too much effort. And the cookie sheets and serving trays/platters work well for sturdiness.

I saw Storee of my life use the handles of the "acrylic" catering serving utensils as handles for a vanity tray. She sawed off the serving portion and used the handle. It turned out really nice.

I find using cardboard boxes (size of choice) work great as supports or the Styrofoam poster boards. Great table overall!

If you can get them you could use paint sticks to support the structure. Usually they are free at paint stores.

By the way they make foam core and all widths... foam core can make a set piece so it can be very sturdy. We could buy the mirrored frames and glue them to the foam core strips just cut the strips to the height and the with that you want then glue the foam core sides together using the glue gun. When could also use an L bracket on the inside to hold it together

Hi Bethany you could also use the form boards, Duct Tape will also help for support or the clear plastic/ acrylic bathroom drawers from Dollar Tree. Maybe you could use mop or broom handles cut to size and glued in the corners for support and maybe rulers to use to support the seams. This is just off the top of my head I haven't been to dollar Tree in a long time

Gf!! Use foam board! I’ve literally made 10 very sturdy shelves out of foam boards! They look really good too. I use foam board for every project I make just because I don’t have a Home Depot or Lowe’s around me. So foam board is the next best thing and it works great! Try it out!

This is so beautiful Hun! I could see using this application in building a wonderful organizer a really glam organizer. Just make the cube the way you do and then seal and stack other cubes on top of it until you get the cube and leave one of the door so that it can become at a door that opens to it that I'd like to look into I think also using those plastic cubes that you talked about that would totally work just make thee frames fit each side

U can use a punch bowl latil & cut off the spoon part until u want ur size & spray paint it silver & then glitter spray. I've done it b4. It's a pain but it works.

Ciecie Newson Hey Ciecie! I've tried foam board before on other projects. It does help with balancing it but to help it hold more weight, itself not the best. I'm gonna make another trip to Dollar Tree soon though. Get some more mirrors and try out your guys suggestions! I saw a viewer write cookie sheets. Think that's a good start. 😊

Home Depot has a pack of 3 paint stirrers or a yardstick for 99 cents. Maybe cheap wooden rulers, even foamboard, or corrugated cardboard which is what the Dollar Tree scratch cat boards are made from?
