I love the video and wonder about the cans organizer. Also give you a tip, the organization are awesome but maybe all the food in boxes and bags are better on a container with lid. Just to prevent a disaster if an undesirable animal get inside, cause they are tempted by food and three months are a lot money to loose.

My parents house was built in the 1880's, so we have cupboards but they mainly have dishes, pots and pans. We have a built in hutch, but out basement (cellar) is dirt floor and stone walls, so it stays at a really good temperature all year, I believe its a root cellar, we store stuff down there as well as on the shelves that are in the stairs.

I have the same cabinet for a pantry. No converted garage. Top and bottom are utilized as the pantry. Still working on the organization for this area. Love the Green bins. Those are the ones I use as well combined with Red.

Your little girl is a doll baby! I like the way the garage is set up. I wish I had that shelf for my cans.Right now I'm using 12-pk soda boxes to help with storage and rotation. Contact paper makes them pretty sturdy. You just gained a new fan and subscriber.

Some hardware and lumber stores will also cut purchased wood to the sizes you need for free if you don't have the ability/tools to cut them yourself :). Great ideas!

You could actually make a wooden shelf that slides in and would be stronger in place of the wire racks and then you can place things on the bottom of the shelf as well. You would nail the wooden top to the 2 wooden side planks so it would be sturdy but as it isn't attached to the cupboard no damage is done.

The house we sold we had a large walk-in pantry , so I have gone from a large pantry to NO pantry and just have cupboards! We live in fl and use our garage for food, BUT is yours air conditioned? Because there are a lot of foods you cannot put in the heat. Such as candy, chips, mayonnaise, cereals with sugar, many baking items, etc... we use ours for can goods of any type, noodles, jar gravy, potted meats, anything that can be in heat.

The organization has me all 😍😍😍. We have tall, deep pantries and it makes it difficult to organize. I had a great system in place but it's not working the best anymore. Ocd is a serious condition, nothing like this! This is called organization which is therapeutic for everyone, and keeps a tidy home, and you know where things are, and what you need to replace. If your stressed clean and organize a closet or cupboard youll feel better :)
