The coin roll tree is a smart idea, but there's so much more potential than you realized. Because the rolls are hollow you could stick just about anything coming out of them--greenery picks, decorations . . . And also big Christmas light bulbs These could, themselves, be filled with something like glitter, but, if you reverse engineer the tree a bit, they might even work as lit LEDs. The tree's SO ideal for fake floral arranging or something with all these nice deep reverse-vases that are easy to attach thing to. Used as a structural piece one could eventually get to something elegant or experimental that fits just about any aesthetic and brings novel materials in as branches.

The tree was a great idea. I made peppermint sticks from coin wrappers. Bought candy stripped wrapping paper and clear cellophane over the top from the$1.00 store.I love the lace trees.Happy Holidays🎄
