What a fantastic intro showing the difference between what you can get if you cook your own rice or do the quick rice - that's a huge difference! 🍚

Where I come from you made chicken a la king and dumplings. If you use your veg water for the "dumplings" it will ramp up the flavor and nutrition. Make them a little wetter and they will fluff up more. We lived a hotel as a family of five for seven months. We made fruit " cobblers " using this method and canned fruit. We also learned how to stack cook by layering pans.

Rice in instant pot. As much rice as you want, a splash of oil, and water to cover rice. 3 minutes high pressure, 10 minutes natural release. Sticky rice, change cook time to 10 cook and 10 release.
