Made popular by Dolly this was actually written and recorded by singer/songwriter Don Francisco in 1976/77, he was awarded Song Of The Year for this and Songwriter Of The Year in 1980’s Dove Awards. Told of course from Peter’s perspective on Resurrection Sunday, wonderful! 😊

Not so much now but in the '80s and '90s Dolly was known for T & A and it makes me sad just because she's voluptuous,she's such a talent. She was always the butt of jokes no pun intended but she's lovely when I listen to this song I hear God I feel it.
