*Coming up on having had this saw for a year....am a casual user and bought it to cut up sections for bowl blanks. Easy to start, **Bestfor.Garden** also recommend even after storage for a couple of months. Simple chain tension adjustment. Just cut up some 20" Osage Orange, including ripping bolts in half (at an angle). Like butter!*

after comparing all the great 60cc saws I bought the Dolmar 6100. what a great machine amazing torque and so smooth in the cut. I would take the 6100 over the husqvarna 562xp any day of the week. dolmar has much better dealer support than Husky in my area.

The most looked over thing in a lot of 'comparison' videos for chainsaws is 9/10 times both saws are running different bars and chains. In some cases I can watch one cut like crazy and see it's competition so dull it's throwing dust. Some saws win on paper others win in the woods. I have zero complaints about my dolkita 6100.

Refreshing to see sharp chains. Looked like the 562 had a second or two on the 6100. After break in, they should be neck and neck.

Husky is 1 second faster only cause its broken in. And frankly - cutting trees is never about speed... It is about smootheness of operation and Controlled power - not just wild power... Dolmar is a Better Saw. The Axe Man

i've run em all and the 562XP is the funnest saw built--sometimes there is a fun factor (balance, chainspeed instant, sips fuesl).

It's funny what people see... That .6100 ran way better in that video in my opinion! A hell of a lot smoother power in the wood it looked to me.... I'll investigate that model more when its new saw time...or if a good used model crosses my path.

The Husky is throwing larger chunks. Are both saws running the same brand/type of chain. That looks to be the difference in the two more than the power of the saws...

A parte de que la Husqvarna tiene algo más de cilindrada tambien tiene una barra más corta y menos eslabones.

I'm a Stihl man (don't hate me.....lol...), so I don't have a dog in this fight. But..........Husqvarna 461xp. 4.7hp and 12.6lb. Dolmar ps 6100. 4.5hp and 13.2lb. Power-to-weight ratio.......handily in favor of the Husqvarna. Seems like a small difference, and don't get me wrong....I liked watching the Dolmar work......but depending on how much cutting you'll be doing, the difference will be there. Peace, y'all. p.s. And yeah....the price point of the Dolmar is awesome. I think, what? couple hundred bucks lower than the comparable Husqvarna and Stihl 'pro' series chainsaws.

The Dolmar is actually over 4.6 HP, and when Makita first came out with their version, they advertised 4.7 HP.

Way more features on the husky smoother faster and better dealer support by far . The dolmar is a good saw tho just not comparable to the husky in this case .

I owned both saws. Eventually I sold the 562XP and kept the 6100, because sometimes in dense hard wood, the 562 would sometimes bog down.

*push the primer 6 times and let it rip I like the saw for the price👀 **allabout.wiki/562XP** used maybe 10 tanks of fuel, 6 loads of hard wood and am very pleased with it. some will say its under powered for a 20" but I like it better then a 18". I have a 18" also which is great also just like the extra 2" inches. the saw is very light also which is nice. Huskavarna owns Husqvarna so I am sure it will last. its not a sthl but still love it! I have seen some bad reviews on the saw but do not agree with them. some people told me not to waste my money but have since changed there mind. just have some common sense and cut some wood!*
