I love it Dolores. So interesting watching and hearing this playing approach, as it corresponds to so much fretless "ear-playing" out there, uses a vast knowledge of keyboard harmony, and also of the harmonic series and just intonation, as well as expressive enhancements. I know you and I probably conceive of the harmony here in very different ways, but there are several times here in the video where you hit some of my favourite just intonation sonorities, especially the more "far-out" ones involving primes 7, 11 and 13, especially when those stronger flavours are on the top of the chord. I can't wait to get my hands on the Lumatone in the next couple of weeks and explore more fully many of the ideas I've been thinking of, some of which your playing has inspired in me. Thanks

Oh lord that would be so awesome. Always annoys me when we have these futuristic or fantastical societies in movies and they can't think of anything but standard 12-tet music.

Surprisingly smooth for a brass tone. x.25 speed adds the necessary grit that I desire

It is time to add such instrument to several grand organs as an additional manual, e.g.: colorchanged from red to eggshell. By the way: Exciting music from Dolomuse, perfectly played as always.

Nice as always, Dolores! :D If someday you'd publish your music on Spotify I'll be grateful and listen to it a lot there (I usually don't use KZbin to just listen to music)

Agreed, KZbin is great for finding music but not listening to it.

If you want high quality music, buy her stuff from Bandcamp (or you can listen to them for free).
@RafaelAAMerlo3 жыл бұрын
@@danyjr It's not about high quality of the file (which is indeed important), but I track my listening habits with Last.fm and from the year I started using a streaming platform like that (end of 2018 by the way) the quantity of music I listened to went by 8x times as more as before, and still continues to rise today. Because it's practical. I listen to more music now, discover more new things and share my discoveries with a lot of friends. I want to hear good music more frequently, and that "8x" increase shows how practical is (for me) to manage and put music files to play (even I liking them for quality). On a side note, on my country (Brazil) the monthly minimum wage is converted to US$204,81 right now (and I live with not even that), so in spending on culture we have to be extremely selective (and as a musician this breaks my heart). The standards of "how much one can spend on cultural activities" of other countries is a kind of luxury when you barely have money to pay rent... Thus, financial inequality is a very solid barrier :/

Your style of making “melody “ Plus the choice of harsh samples left me completely unable to get a sense for the instrument itself!
