Thank you for bringing back the heartbeat intro music. Sounds awesome. Your tutorial on dolphin kicking initiating from the chest is very helpful. I've been working on my ankle flexibility for 3 years since watching your videos years back.

Does anyone have any tips about conserving your momentum while dolphin kicking? I feel as though I tend to slightly slow down the longer I kick. Moreover, is the core movement driven primarily by your hips or your chest? Thank you!
@siskatrainingsystems2 ай бұрын
The simply answer is to just increase your swim fitness so that you can keep that momentum going as usually fatigue is the main reason the form goes downhill....the movement is initiated by the chest and everything else follows 👊

Those are good fins, but are they as fast?
@tiefdruck1Ай бұрын
@@siskatrainingsystems Wearing barefoot shoes and using wide toe boxes at any occasion makes your kick fast, cause your toes are spread in a natural v-shape and not in a valgus position of big toe. Marginal gains - but that is what matters nowadays...
