That road at 8:40 takes you to Akothe’s house along the beach. Beautiful Mtwapa but useless County government

*Nice and fitting music as always supporting local musical talents in addition to the familiar content on development trends. I have never been to those areas of the country so for me it is not only about development but knowledge about national geography, both urban & rural life, much appreciated!*

Kenyans are obsessed with buying and investing land. But Kenya is also one of the worst countries for land grabbing! And as a European in Mtwapa for 8 + years I swear I will never buy land there (or anywhere in Kenya). I know dozens of stories abut land grabbing in Mtwapa. Just don't even think about it!

Corrupt system. It is even worse in Nairobi. I always want to buy something, but I think of the uncertainties and feel I should invest my money in the countryside. I will continue renting.
