i have the same midfield, defense structure except i went heavy on the defense with Trent. considering downgrading trent to a poro or munoz. i had originally ben white to cover arsenal. my 3rd striker is pedro. and i have bobb as well. rogers is on my bench. robinson on my bench.

This exactly my draft except Robinson-Hall & ESR-Minteh. I have reviewed around 300 drafts so far. This is the best draft. Many people are preferring to drop Salah or Haaland. I think during captaincy either of them missing will drop huge points.

LR thoughts on Nkunku? I get he's great value and potentially a game breaker over the whole season. But with a new manager and shaky pre season, is the start the right time to jump on him ?

That’s the trade off you make by having Salah and Haaland. You have Haaland + Rogers and a 4.0 defender for 24M, and for that money, I have Jota + Foden + DCL (or another 6M striker like Wood) + 1M to shore up the defense and avoid 4.0 defenders or GK. I’m going with the latter template. As good as Haaland is, I think the latter template will score more points in the long run Also FYI - Foden alone outscored Haaland last season

So as for the Chelsea assets, I fancied the likes of Maduake over Nkunku for a differential pick. Given that Neto is joining the squad, is he a better pick when compared to Nkunku/Maduake in the 6.5m range

I think Rogers is better for the coverage, you'd expect him to be getting more points than a 4.5 defender & having him as coverage in case one of your mids doesn't play is better than 2 ppg Winks

Eze + Minteh instead of Gordon and Rogers? You could always use one FT in gw4 if Minteh starts/ is attacking. Im okay playing ESR in gw 1. If Eze starts hes worth 7m, Leicester(h) gw4 and West Ham(h) gw2 going under the radar imo
