He may be the GOAT or 2nd GOAT, but how can we ignore that he always stayed in the east up until now, didnt play defense in his earlier and later part of his career, won all his 3 championships with 2 other all stars and played like crap in 2011 finals, a series in which they were clearly the favourites. Jordan's legacy is perfect. No meltdowns.

Jordan’s charisma, artistry, and achievements are unbelievable, really deserving of the GOAT title. But to win down 1-3 to the record best team in the regular season and to lead all 5 categories in one championship winning game, all firsts, is out of this world and really sums up how good a player Lebron is. They are the best in the game yet one cannot match the other’s best achievements. Michael Jordan and Lebron James are the two greatest players of all time. No denying LeBron James is great in his own way. But to be the "GOAT" you must have the numbers, great play, and you must be a winner. People like to down play winning championships by comparing irrelevant role players such as Robert horry to justify lbj finals failures..Fact of the matter is if LeBron is to be GOAT he has to back it up by being a leader and also winning.

Female Body Is The Hottest Thing Ever this is a joke
@pblomoney6 жыл бұрын
Female Body Is The Hottest Thing Ever What? Are you doing coke? The only valid argument you gave was the 2011 dallas series. 2007 the guy was 23 carrying a team to a finals they shouldn’t have been in. 2012 KD was 23* and yeah it was a close match but when it matter most in the clutch bron showed up and KD didn’t. And all these “statistically out played by KD is BS. KD is on 1 of the most stacked teams of all time. It’s easy to score when you’re 7ft tall and the court is mad spread out bc u have 2 of the top 5 shooters of ALL TIME and even then bron avg a trip dub and if it wasn’t for korver missing a wide open corner 3 we could’ve been having a different discussion(game 3 2017) That’s why bron dropped 50 on his dome and the refs saved KDs ass. And u really brought up kawhi in 2014? He only won mvp bc he held lebron to 28 7 and 4 on 57% FG% and 51% 3p%. Stop hatin and admire greatness. The guy has face probably the toughest competition in the finals a single player has ever gone against. He did choke badly in 2011 but outside of that all I see is hate. Oh and that dallas team beat a nearly 50 win blazers team(4-2) , kobe(swept) , and OKC(5 games)

@pblomoney6 жыл бұрын
Female Body Is The Hottest Thing Ever Lebron had a better Defensive rating in both those finals. Free throws and turnovers are obvious(lebrons usage rate is higher and he’s the worst free throws shooter) all the other categories KD won are bc he’s on GOLDEN STATE ! If they switched teams Bron would’ve blown KD out the water in all those analytical categories. KD merely beat lebron in those categories with by far the worse team of the 2. FYI 2017 cavs aren’t even a top 10 Eastern conference team all time buddy. Analytics don’t tell the entire story ;)

Lebron is great no doubt about it. But Kobe beat (25) 50 wins team in a playoff, M.J (20).. Lebron went to the finals 9 times and only beat (13) 50 wins team.. Let's put this in perspective a little bit, it's like LeBron playing the game in easy mode while Kobe and MJ's playing the game legendary mode. LeBron stats will be better cuz he playing against a easier opponents while Kobe have to deal with Superior West.

And in the end, both Kobe and MJ got more rings to show for it, Kobe after clawing his way out of the west, and MJ out of the East
@bryanttisdale24466 жыл бұрын
Tell the Detroit pistons from 87 - 90. That MJ is the goat not all time that swept Mj in playoffs repeatedly. He waited till they finished their run to get past them . Unlike lebron he smashed threw a pistons team with multiple Allstars, Same 4 Boston big 3, same for San Antonio Spurs , & beat a 73 win team something Mj & Kobe never faced and considering their playoff failures probably couldn't do. Just saying from someone who saw all 3 .
@ninimoney16 жыл бұрын
LeBron James had to form his own big three to beat Boston Big 3 and that's after Boston got old also. The Pistons got old also in 07 there was no All-Star Star on the piston in 07.
@bryanttisdale24466 жыл бұрын
@@ninimoney1 RIP Hamilton, Chaney Billups, t. Prince, rashed Wallace, had all been allstars. When lebron left Miami did the Big 2 (wade, Bosh) look special? No .. the weight was on LBJ back . He beat the pistons 1st time with mo Williams and llygasags as his sidekicks . Yeah he lost to spurs but Kobe nor MJ "The gambler" couldn't have got that team to the finals. Neither is the rebounder lebron is nor defend the bigs like lebron and switch back to guard little guys like prime derek rose.
@ptbarnum26786 жыл бұрын
ninimoney what you said is funny. its as if its lebrons fault that the east is weak. but, is it really weak or lebron made it look like its weak? 04-10 cavs, that team is nothing without lebron. 2011-2014 heat, you think they'll be that good without lebron? lol. 2015-2018 cavs, without lebron, how far you think they can reach? and you keep trying to put kobes name in the goat conversation. yea kobes TEAM have beaten 25 - 50win teams, BUT, most of it kobe was just a sidekick to a prime shaq. Let's put this in perspective a little bit (lol), its as if you are saying fisher is better than iverson because he has beaten more 50 win teams lol. and about playing against easier opponents, did you just forget that lebron led all five categories in 2016 finals playing against a 73 win team? how many 70win team did kobe beat? NONE. I wont argue about MJ because I still have MJ as the goat. but please, dont even try mentioning kobes name, he not even a top 5 all time.

@eighnasa Bill Russell only avg like 14ppg, while he's the 🐐 for me off the court because of everything be had to endure, as a black man while playing in racist Boston, Massachusetts...he's not the goat on the court. The goat on the court is either MJ, Kareem, or Magic. Absolutely the most skilled player I've ever seen, when you talk about fundamentals, jumpshot, mid range, deep ball, finish at the rim, ball handling, foot work, post game, intangibles, defense, plus he had a flair for the dramatic, and his game was like a smooth ass Jazz song...Kobe "Black Mamba Bean" Bryant.
@soleking786 жыл бұрын
@eighnasa MJ is my 🐐, Magic is my favorite player and Kobe is the best player I ever seen touch a basketball, he had absolutely no weakness to his game. Championships should always determine the best player. The ultimate goal when the season starts, is to win the ring! How many times you ended the season with the ring, as well as how you won the rings...if you repeat, or if you 3peat. In the modern game, only MJ's Bulls & Shaq&Kobe's Lakers have a 3peat, and MJ has two 3peats for God's sake...thats dominance on another level, MJ was the face of all 6 rings!! Kobe has a 3peat and a repeat, again very dominant! Bron has a repeat, I respect that more than any Cavs ring. But I also respect Bron competing in the championship round 9x (8 straight). Magic also competed in the championship round 9x, but came away with 5 rings...To me, the rings definitely matter when determining the goat. As far as other things that matter besides scoring and defense, you are absolutely right. But in the end the team who scores the most wins, the team who scores the least loses so it always comes back to offense and defense!

Michael got replaced by Pete Meyers and the Bulls still won 55 games and went 7 games in the second round against the Knicks and were 1 bad call away from making the ECF.

And Jordan vs the Detroit pistons from 87 - 90 was.......? Let me answer 4 ya . Swept, smashed, beat down so bad he had to Lift weights changing his body which was unthinkable for a basketball player back then , wait for pippen to become an allstar. Then.....He could even get to the finals. U can hang "the Gambler" unbeatable Jordan thing up.

sorry buddy..nice try, but No. To be the GOAT you must be UNDENIABLY the best at your position with noone in sight. The ONLY players eligible for the GOAT title are Bill Russell, Magic Earving Johnson, Micheal Jefferey Jordan & Kareem Abdul Jabaar. LeBron has yet to surpass Larry Bird and 1 may argue that K.D. is on pace to end his career as the best SF to ever play if he 3peats at least once or wins a total of 4 titles, prevents LeBron led teams from ever winning another title for the remainder of his career & wins another regular season MVP along with another Finals MVP. Over the next 2 seasons he will cement himself as the 2nd greatest SCORER of ALL TIME behind only MJ. One may also argue that Lebron has no dominant Finals victories as 2 of his 3 Titles were literally decided by last second miracle shots that could've easily went the other way & he could very well be 1-8 as we speak. He is the modern day Wilt PHYSICALITY wise, in an era that caters to offensively abled bodies so his stats are supposed to be what they are especially since his teams solely run the LeBron James system. Russ and Harden are on par to end their career with Lebron like numbers due to the same similarities in the systems their teams run. In all, LeBron James is just more FORTUNATE than Dr.J & a PINCH better than Scottie Pippen. Currently he is somewhere around 9-11 ALL TIME with the possibility to go as high as 5 if he is able to defeat GSW FULLY HEALTHY

Junior Barton Bill Russel aint undoubtedly the best center ever tho. You can’t even argue him over Hakeem when it comes to who’s the best at their position.
@bx73066 жыл бұрын
@@geraldgreen919 Bill Russell is a PIONEER of the game more than anything. He is the 🐐 by default because noone can prove if he would've been as successful in the modern era as he was pre-modern era. All we know is that he won 11 titles & dominated Wilt who is the most ATHLETIC athelete of ALL TIME
@geraldgreen9196 жыл бұрын
Junior Barton Nah lol. I mean we can agree to disagree but you’re not the goat off of rings alone. You have to actually look at what happened. Bill Russell was on a super team & played the same team over & over again. No major changes to team composition or rules. You can’t say he’s the goat by default.

Biased Bucks Fan So did a lot of other people. Lebron isn’t “undoubtedly” better than Bird when Bird was just as good or better at everything other then athleticism & scoring around the rim.

After watching the 1st part of this GOAT series, I can admit AND give credit where credit is due. That being said, OMG he was very dominant and way advanced for his age, to put up numbers like that??? If social media was around, the Internet would crash every day, I kid you not... Then, I do like the theme of this, "Defending the hype", because he is, has been, and will continue to do so. 1st 3 years, WOW, Cleveland was so shitty as management and COULD NOT get the RIGHT pieces around him to win, so when they did won it, he made sure that we as the public can't hold the fact of not winning a championship with the team that drafted you plus your hometown team against him. I'm ALWAYS gonna be a Kobe fan, I do respect LeBron for exceeding expectations to a degree NOT seen before AND won't be seen done again by a player. Continue the good work Dom, love and support the channel!!!!!! #FanForever

And to people who try to discredit his performance against the Pistons in 2007, the Pistons were still a great team. The Pistons in 06 were only slightly better offensively and defensively than the 07 team. They went from 5th in defense in 06, to 7th in defense in 07. And 4th in offense in 06, to 6th in offense in 07.
