That’s an amazing workplace environment. On another note, I saw whites mostly and a few asians. Where are African Australians, Indians and natives? D is your failing grade at that and also doubles diversity.

I agree there isn't many dark skin people but its most likely due to Austrailia not having 'African Australians' in the same sense as America has African Americans. This is due to the lack of an international slave trade such as the Atlantic slave trade. We do, however, have indigenous Australians who are traditionally dark of skin. Indigenous Australians only make 3% of the population and on top of this, many don't live in cities. Furthermore unlike mixed African Americans, mixed Australians tend to be a much lighter shade. This can make it every difficult to tell if someone is of traditional Australian origin. All in all, if this is a diverse work place there would be around 5~10 indigenous or mixed Australians out of the 300 workers, and many of them may not have dark skin. Hope this helped!
