Q/A Question: Hi Ben! I'm a founder of a jewelry startup company in Los Angeles, I'm a currently a student at UCLA (Los Angeles). I noticed that there are so many different parts running in your company, almost as if the systems are set and capable of running themselves. Currently in my small startup team of 5 people, I feel that I'm constantly involved in every aspect of the company (customer service, sales, marketing, etc.). When did you begin to delegate responsibilities, train others to take on certain roles, and how do you execute that? Cheers!

Q&A: Your vision was so clear and defined for gymshark from the start, I am on the same path. I've looked at a lot of your tactics and strategies and my question to you is when you were beginning to develop the vision, what were the most impactful tedious tasks that you consistently had to do in order to spread your message so well?
