My son is 22 and told me he has been stopped occasionally by police and when he goes to places in the city like subway see the way some white women react in his presence (hold pocket book closer ect). Unfortunately this is part of growing up black in America. It hurts my heart when my son tells me these stories and hearing Domani and other young black men’s stories. The key for these young men is to stay calm and think smart! These racist people want to hurt or have our young men arrested. Domanie handled the situation well. Nothing to be ashamed about. It was about 6 of them they told me you got some stolen merchandise in yo bag.they took everything outta my bag outside in front of everybody it was on Xmas Eve so you know the store was pack.manager then get my receipt and tell me sorry false alarm.i should if sued the store l.i was so humiliated and embarrassed.

Listen up!!!!!!!! 1) They should have blasted the name of the company/store he was at, so all that know about it stop going=boycotting= place shuts down. 2) Parents should have gone down to the store with their security to match the security there. What they have extra is CAMERAS. Then they should have talked about the situation and gotten an apology or enough info so we saw the store and again stop going to it= shut down.
