Metro Line 12 from Taloja to Kalyan will connect all parts of Dombivli.

4. Kalyan Dombivali Ring Road
The upcoming 150 feet wide ring road will connect Kalyan to Katai Naka.
This ring road will ease traffic in Dombivli and save a lot of time and petrol.
3. Panvel -Virar Rail Expansion
This proposed 70 km World Bank Funded railway line will be the biggest rail expansion project in the city and will provide excellent connectivity to Panvel and Vasai.
Work is already underway on adding 2 more dedicated lines for freight and long distance trains. Like the Trans Harbor line, local trains will run on these lines connecting the entire area from Virar to Panvel and the central junction will be Kopar station.

Not sure if you are really optimistic or otherwise but this seems unrealistic. I booked my house in one of well known project here in 2009. After 13 years price is not even appreciated even 2x. For real estate this is below par indeed. Itne bade bade projects dikha rahe hai.....but runwal gardens se station jaane ko 30min lagta hai ......jitne mein aadmi runwal gardens se badlapur pahuch jaye car se .....station road naam ki koi cheez nhi hai dombivli mein....main 2016 se dombivli har mahine jaata hu.....waha aajdegao karke ek jagah hai itne faltu road and itne ghatiya kaam midc bolte hai.......2023 mein abhi jaake cement road ka kaam chalu hua hai woh bhi itne ghatiye tarike se ke kya batau manpada road jo station se jaata hai shilphata waha bhi and pure midc mein bhi.....koi road level nhi hai kahi kahi toh logo k ghar ke aadhe height jitne road upar le liya hai......indian government humesha aisa hi kaam hota hai.....purane road ko tode bina hi uspe naya bana dete hai......runwal gardens me 1bhk hai mere friend ka usko bechna hai.....467 carpet hai 1bhk with deck koi lena chahta hai toh batao...

all residences will need some kind of services like domestic helps, home nurses , electricians, plumbers istriwala, etc, and these families need affordable accommodation and facilities for education,medicare etc near their work place.Unless these big projects earmark some areas in their pockets for this purpose and government provides sufficient funds for this purpose no true development happens, providing of these facilities should be taken up as a CSR activity with supporting government agencies and local bodies, Or we will end up building big tower complexes with slums and shanties around them , and since they become vote banks no one will dare to clear them
