There are better ways but this is a quick and effective way of adding flare to your knife handles without hours of frustration.

Thank you. I love this idea. I am going to use it on the next knife I make. The brass pins will look great with the solid brass D-Guard I am putting on a 10" Damascus Bowie. These will compliment the rest of the brass in this knife.

Ah hah! Brilliant! Thanks for sharing this, it really is the type of 'trick' I could see a number of others keeping as secret ( which I wouldn't blame them if they figured it out on their own). This is yet another gem from ya, and I appreciate your willingness to share your techniques with us. 👍

...and there I though I was going to have to try to peen domed heads on to brass pinning stock. Thanks for sharing!

howzit Stu, I am hoping you are in the process of making another introspective documentary for Bladeshow like you did for the Brooklyn show. I watched the last one 3 times. Great video as always

Stuart, Great technique , Gonna have to give this a go on my curvy dagger. I am planning on doing a coffin style handle on it. by the way just sent you an email. Take a look when you have a chance. Cheers, Martin Moldovan at M/S Blacksmithing and Blades

I thought the SWAB challenge was meant for the facial hair, not the scalp... ;-P
