Hiral P. Harsora And Ors v. Kusum Narottamdas Harsora And Ors on 6 October, 2016 - "Consequently, the proviso to Section 2(q), being rendered otiose, also stands deleted." Kindly delete the explanation of proviso to S.2(q) from the video as the same has been nullified.
