Really practical if you live in an upstairs apt with a tiny balcony. Or anywhere.

I live off a well and am worried about it drying up. Its illogical that democrat California politicians talk about climate change, droughts, no water in Cali, low reservoirs.. and yet keep building 10's of thousand of homes every year AND let new pools be built.

And the wealthy fills their pools up, while we are to conserve water 💧 🙄... Does not apply to them...

California is over populated. Since the mid 70s, the population has doubled... Mostly with immigrants... Thats most of the reason... Then we have poor management...

Poor management = democrats allowing and encouraging illegal aliens/immigrants, giving them money, phones, housing, health care, attend public schools with no records of paying taxes... and issuing building permits. And, allowing pool permits.

A lot of them work under the table. Meaning no taxes for the S### leadership in this country. Do I need to mention all the free public services?
