The first is the dometic 300. You will break the foot pedal and no replacement parts are available so you will need to buy a whole new toilet when it breaks.

That’s the situation I’m in now because I have a cheap piece of crap Thetford. If your foot slips off the valve and you let that spring slam shut it snaps the thin plastic shaft and you are stuck with a useless broken toilet.

@@pchris6662 I feel your pain. We upgraded to the domestic that has a porcelain bowl. It has the same cheap spring and foot peddle but it feels much more solid when you sit on it. We are kind of stuck with it being crap to be light enough for a camper.

I’ll tell you what is frustrating. Why do they make so few elongated toilets?? For men, sitting on one of those perfectly round toilet seats has NO room for a man’s junk. It’s like trying to go on a coffee can and then try to squeeze everything else in there too. Obviously the majority of RV toilet manufacturers are eunuchs.

I have what believe to be a Dometic model 210. What seal and ball do I need. Antifreeze disappears over the winter. Do all of your models use the same replacement parts? The manual has a date of 7/06.

Nearly impossible to buy one it seems. Don't sell online and called 3 different camping worlds and they seem baffled at how or what to do regarding macerator toilets.

Do you have a rv toilet with a built in bidet? or one that you can add a bidet spray to ?

You can add bidet add-on to most. call your rv parts place n just tell em your model. they'll know..easy

To save space in my trailer l'm thinking of adding a urinal water tank behind a RV toilet or the base of a residential toilet and plumb it to flush and possibly be used as a bidet.

WRATHofDESTRUCTION I think their highest toilets are 18” from the floor to the top of the seat. They all of the bone color toilets in this video are 18” high. I also believe all the bone color are porcelain except for the first one.

A company that is in the line of toilets, but don't supply parts is a bad company. Need inner seal of toilet(not flush ball seal), and the parts are unavailable. You have to pay $200.00ish for a new toilet in place of a $30 rubber seal. I will find a new company for toilets. Dometic.....YOU'RE OUT!!

I bought a 320 and had to replaced it with another brand in six months. I opened it to fix a constant leaking problem it and there is no way to reassemble it back once you open it. Great peace of ......... Does Dometic really think about their clients when building their toilets? I don’t think so. They only think about their pockets. Even a rubber seal for this toilet will cost you 24 dollars. Will I ever buy from them again? Never!!!!
