She will be much help with her offense and blocking at the net but she’s not as much of a good defense so I think the coach should have someone else with a better defense to play back row for her

She's improved much on defense, she extended rally in this VNL and a lot during her Imoco season. Yes she was subbed for gennari at times... but I think if you give her a shot, she can do amazing things in the back court.

the reason for more players being 185-195 is that being a normal height for women's volleyball. In the men's game you see guys like Matt Anderson who is 208 cm being one of the best receivers in the whole world. Plummer just has not had the training in reception and defense that other players did at the youth level.
