In this form Landa is thread to Evenpoel, if Remco blows up, as he usual does on one or two stages of a week long race, the team hierarchy might well change during the Tour de France. Thus, it will be interesting to see the dynamics at this Tour de France. Same for Vlasov and Roglic, certainly Roglic is stronger, but if he show weakness, Vlasov might chase his opportunities. In those both teams a lot of dynamics will unfold.

What statistic is that? Any kind of statistical analysis of a population will be a bell curve and most likely have outliers. That’s why a confidence interval is typically used to adjust for those. I honestly have no idea what you are trying to say nor what statistically impossible is even supposed to mean.
