Pete, on the note of the game automatically force trading the joker it does it because it automatically tries to set one of each. (Infantry, cavalry, and artillery) because in fixed cards it’s beneficial to take the “10 set” I know this can be avoided pretty simply by changing the code based on game mode (fixed or prog) anyway that’s why I think it force trades the joker, thanks for the vids as usual. The issue I run into on these settings is often times I find that my turn order ends up giving me second or lower. Because the other players usually throw away their cap and then someone else takes it as they should to progress the game. It’s just tough sometimes 🤣

Hi Pete, saw in the leaderboard you have won 43 straight before, have seen another grandmaster with a similar stat. I know you are really good at this game, but how do you manage to get through 43 straight games without being suicided, targeted, or otherwise just having everything that can go wrong, go wrong? I ask because, I will have stretches of 2-3, sometimes 4 games where at least one of the above happens to me. I currently play classic prog world domination, and have used varying things from single stack turtles, to taking a continent as a base, to your "separated turtles" strategy. I also do the best I can to fly under the radar, not provoke people, etc (I've discovered in discussions online that some people seem to absolutely abhor single stack turtles and target them for this, so I've started trying to steer clear of that). @@kryblood4889 I already use neutral bot behavior when I host games and still keep having this crap happen (90-95% of games I play, I'm hosting, I filter out below the tier below me, and include the tier below me, the tier I'm in, and any superior tiers). What do you mean by standard? I like progressive because the games are usually reasonably timed unless there's an occasional stalemate that accidentally emerges. Not a fan at all of fixed...But that's just me. Plus I feel like it can help from a development standpoint, in a 4 hour fixed snoozefest, I could get in 8, 10 progressive games in that same time, that's 8-10 chances to get better, whereas if I sit there and play 1 game for 4 hours, not really going to gain a lot from that in the way of development...

I think Pete's strat for avoiding that is to alliance everybody and try to keep in decent standing with the plays he makes and the communication with the emotes

@PhillyEaglesFanatic one other thing I noticed that I didn't mention earlier is he won't stack a lot of his borders where he thinks that may happen. He just gives a free break to any potential noob slammer and then has a stack backing it up. But your right if someone feels like it not much you can do.
