Dude, this is such a unique style of editing for just a map game. I love this whole video cause it kinda drags you into the setting and the story its telling. You need to play more map games or just stuff where you can tell a story, like Zomboid or Raineorld. This format is awesome for those kinds of large scale games and you've definitely got my future attention.

The best part about playing this massive overhaul, besides the “every time I play this mod I sink 200 hours into it”. Is that when you stop playing it for something else after a while, and don’t come back for a year or so, when you come back there is another massive update and you agains sink 200 hours into it. Absolutely my favorite mod, it’s hard to play the standard game after this mod. Definitely need to split it up. Millennium dawn is too unstable, I sunk an afternoon as China in that one and got to a point of it nonstop crashing, couldn’t play on. But this one, I haven’t experienced a crash once. The QoL content/mechanics, even the caps system, makes this so much more fun to play than say Road to 56’. Anyways, back to the video.

Man, I was afraid to jump into OWB for so long but you finally gave me the nudge I needed. I decided to give Lone Star a try as well, and for a first time I think I did well. A few more bumps along the way- Shale puppeted Loss and Carbon causing a rather goofy three-way war. Lubbock refused integration as well, but in the end my Republic of Texas turned out quite nicely :) Regarding Loss and Carbon though, because Shale's focus to initiate the war with Austin bypassed my gaurantee I was forced to use allowdiplo and join manually. However this did not put me in a war with Shale's puppets despite them being involved, so I simply used the console to annex manually. Kinda sucks, but shit happens and the mod is fantastic regardless.
