So fun fact, PDX capped the effect of CCR at -80%, so even if you push above it to -100% it has no actual extra effect, minimum coring cost is now 2 admin per dev.

@@nojonunes From the wiki's section on the base coring cost - Note: The minimum coring cost for a province before applying multiplicative modifiers is 20% of its coring cost, or 2 Administrative power per development, up to 30 development. Even with a −100% modifier on a province, the cost is still 20% of the coring cost. Also the maximum coring cost is capped at 30 development for a province. This means that if the province has 31 development, its coring cost will be treated as if it only had 30 development.

I feel like i shouldn't be saying this as Quarbo seems way smarter than me when it comes to EU4 but i see him seize land and than sell titles, which for max efficency should be reversed as you gain money based on the % of land your estates have, so the more they have when sellin the better

I think what happened with the Ottomans and Hungary is that Austria integrated Hungary, which caused the Hungary tag to no longer exist, which made it so the Ottomans could then release Hungary as a vassal and then turn them into an Eyalet

For the 80% missions I usually raise the Streltsy, take the missions, and disband. No payments. No manpower. It refills quick.

I agree! Since the minimum time to core is 6 months, I think it would be interesting to see if it's possible to core several thousand OE at once before any rebels fire.

I stacked missionaries (~10 missionaries), missionary strength (~22%), warscore cost reduction, heretic/heathen tolerance (3.5) and CCR (85% or 93%). Managed to annex most of china in a single war and core and convert the provinces very quickly.

+1 siege age ability for blockade has nothing to do with blockades- it's just +1 siege ability.

It quite literally says "+1 blockade impact on siege." Siege ability is how fast it takes for siege ticks to occur, blockade impact is a modifier added to the dice roll that decides the outcome of the siege tick.
