Thiem is a class younster ! Hes got d movement, the placement, an elegant single handed backhand, great topspin, incredible workrate ! Isner if he wasnt as tall as he was n getting his serves going , he wudve been playing state level !

Ty so much Sam for the tennis vids. You are usually able help get coverage of these auxiliary events so well like your Davis Cup vids, the exhibition between Murray and Fed, and now this. People like you help the tennis scene grow so efficiently, I only hope the ATP and the Slams are able to realize how modern media has changed, and that videos like these are incredibly effective at nurturing a fanbase. Keep up the work man.
@diegoartazcoz23907 жыл бұрын
Kevin Lam 1000% agreed. These vids are insane in quality. It is a shame that the ATP deletes all these highlights. However the work man.

Imagine if this tournamment was made 10- 15 years ago, the team world could have been nalbandian, hewitt, coria, González, roddick, agassi, that would have been too epic

Juan Martin Lorenzo vs federer, ljubicic, Safin, ferrero... Would have been awesome

federer and nadal would have been there too. remember, they were all in batches except agassi who was in the twilight of his career then.

Think that the best height for tennis is around 1.85m to 1.90m. You're able to do a fast serve and still move around the court pretty quickly.

His forehand is massive though...
@rrhotj4 жыл бұрын
justhavingfun2012 his forehand is only massive when there is no pressure. When elite players like rafa or roger or novak or any good player would learn to move the ball away from him and put him in uncomfortable plays, isner’s forehand is unreliable.
@deschutesmaple45203 жыл бұрын
Deep.
@YesSirPhil2 жыл бұрын
@@rrhotj that's it. It's also a reason isner has often done pretty well against Nadal. He has more time to prepare for his massive forehand (and the high bounce from nadals strokes doesn't bother him too much).

How fast are these courts? at one point it shows isners average serve bounce height, compared here to the us open. The serve height was much lower here, which leads me to believe these courts are even faster than the us open courts. But then again, it could be just because its an exhibition match and he could be serving not as hard. Can you tell me?
@Officialv5a7 жыл бұрын
eric zheng this is by no means an exhibition. They aren't playing for rankings or ATP points but this definetely a competition and its definetely important

I believe in John, but it would be nice if we had a major on this surface. It is his best surface in my opinion. The ball sits up more to his "hitting zone-box".
