Dominique Marshall recently wrote the third chapter in Intersections and Innovations: Change for Canada’s Voluntary and Nonprofit Sector. Marshall is a historian in the Department of History at Carleton University. She researches the history of social policies, transnational history of humanitarian aid and human rights, and public life in Canadian history. Some of her current projects include the history of nonprofit and philanthropy and coordinating with the Canadian Network of Humanitarian History.
