Welcome Back to my Channel. My knee is back swollen up so I had to take myself to the Emergency Room. All the test came back in they let me know I came in contact with Contact Dermatitis Rash. Life is really in shambles right now but my friends decided to get me out the house for a girls night out. I also decided to cook my sister a Taco Salad for Taco Tuesday .

Pure tea tree oil will help clear a rash up quick. It has to be the one that is pure and on the bottle it will say it has to be diluted. I get mine from Walmart . I will get the name of it when I’m done cleaning up.

Tea tree oil is great at extracting bacteria and fungus and it relieves itching. I use it for my scalp psoriasis

Praying for you. If possible, let your primary care dr get you an orthopedic dr to look into your knee. As a CRNA, knee injury is out of the rhelm of primary care, but orthopedic can tell whats going on. Good luck and 2024 will get better for you.

Love the vlog!! ❤❤ Praying for your knee. 🙏🏽🙏🏽 If you are not allergic to ginger oil, that is good for swelling. I have a bad knee and ankle from a fall and I refuse to have surgery but the ginger oil helps with swelling.

Hey Dominique try peroxide and witch hazel to clean your skin and to stop the itch after that place aloe vera gel on your skin to help with soothing the itch and too moisture your skin for your knee sis tell them to test the fluid to see what causing it try not to eat anything salty I had an torn ACL surgery can I have been having fluid and swelling since 2003 I have have gout arthritis which makes it worse I'm praying for you sis that the doctors get to the root of the problem so that you will have some relief God bless my sister.

Hi Dominique Thanks for the video and happy New year and glad to see you up and running for 2024 I am sorry that you are having issues with your knee but keep the faith and God is great I pray that you get healing in Jesus might name 🙏 Amen and just keep it up when not doing anything for the swelling the food looks great and I am glad you got something for the itching but I myself used that cream the 10 and it work I don't know but I got a fine rash and when I bathed my skin just scratched me very bad like you can't stop and doctor recommended a tablets and the cream that was not. nice but you must wash clothes before putting it on because you really don't know do have a great day and wishes you all the best for 2024 and your family just keep reaching for your goals God continue to bless you and your family bye Fans tumbs up the video subscribe share video thanks fans God bless you all bye 😀👍🫶💐😁💕🖐️
