This reminds me of an actual Microsoft Customer Support agent who was having a really hard time with a customer whose mouse "wasn't working". Haha dude I used to work at Domino's Pizza. When someone would call me with this crazy shit it just broke up the day and added a little fun to the shift. But sure, you're right, some people don't have a sense of humor. One woman who worked at Domino's with me hated The Beatles -- so that's proof there are all kinds of screwed up people in the world. Luckily, they're getting paid the same to talk on the phone whether it's to me or the next person placing an order. (Also FYI this video was shot in 2015.)
