Friends, today I am sharing Dominos Style Paneer Makhani Pizza Recipe.. Comes out just as good as in Dominos if not better!

Ingredients for Makhani Pizza -
Water - ½ cup
Sugar - 2 tsp
Yeast - ¼ tsp
Milk powder - 2 tbsp
Maida - 2 cups
Garlic powder - ½ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Makhani sauce
Butter - 1 1/2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Maida - 1 tsp
Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
Tomato puree - 200 ml
Sugar - 1 tsp
Water - 1 cup
Fresh cream - 1/3 cup
Oil - ½ tsp
Haldi Powder - ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder = ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Garam masala - dash
Kasoori Methi - ¼ tsp
Paneer - 100g
To finish Pizza:
Dry Maida - to dust
Capsicum - 1 small
Cheese - 1 cup (mozzarella + cheddar)
Corn Meal / Maize Flour / Suji - to roll
Butter - to brush
Oregano, Chili Flakes - to top

Two suggestions... 1. After you make the dough, let it rest for a few hours at room temperature.. then put it in fridge 2. For cooking the pizza.. bake it at highest possible temperature and place your grill close to bottom heating coils Your pizza will be more fluffy and better cooked at bottom.. 👍

@@shakharikanya4747 first cook the pizza only on a non stick tawa at low flame on topping side and a little on base side, for approx 10-15 min, it should be half done, ......then put your sauce, cheese and toppings and cover the pizza and cook more for another 5 - 10 minutes at low flame.
