Bro don't think in that way that if u do marine engineering then u get good salary, if you have interest in marine engineering then only do B.Tech in that field otherwise just for the sake of money and family consideration don't put yourself in rat race...I have done my engineering by choice not by chance. Don't listen to your parents if you are interested in CS then only make a career in that, If you are interested in marine engineering then make a career in that, there are lot of opportunities in every field I am inclined to do mba now because I really want to do it and I planned this that I want to pursue mba way back when I was at your age so clarity is very important, if you are really interested in marine engineering then don't think much just go and make career in that field

I am not saying that your parents are wrong but just be clear of what you are going to do, if you have no interest in CS then there is no point to opt I am doing mba because I am interested in management field I want to learn about business I am curious as an engineer I know how technical things work but I don't know how business, finance marketing runs in an organisation due to that curiosity I am going to pursue mba

Actually on the iit roorkee site , on my application it is showing that I had an online interview In 4th to 6 th april slot but i haven't recieved any mail yet. Do you have any idea about this. Do You Know any way I can Contact them. I have mailed them on their Admissions email id but didnt get any response yet.

Bhaiya m abhi BSC pcm Graguate hu M MSC in chemistry kr rha hu but muje mba krni h es liye m CAT ki preparation krna chahta hu. Please bhaiya muje btaeye ki kon sa online platform Acha h CAT ke liye please btaeye bhaiya..MERE 10th m 86 h or 12th m 85 or bsc m 73 h to bhaiya muje btaeye ki muje kha se krni chiye preparation.

@@yuvraj_250 try to cover up the basics first, don't follow any coaching blindly, for quants you can watch all playlist by rodha channel on KZbin by Ravi prakash sir , for lrdi daily do atleast 2-3 set practice and go through past 7 years questions pyqs for verbal do read daily any article u have to do reading practice to score good in varc, for coaching I can recommend you to follow Ravi prakash sir quant and lrdi for verbal just do practice from mocks, that's all ....Ravi prakash sir leaves unacademy and now he has his own platform of rodha if u want to pay for cat 2024 I can recommend you for that.

Yes, iit roorkee didn't get any weightage to academic numbers that is 10, 12th and graduation. Final offer depends on 60% cat score , 30% personal interview and 10% work ex, so yes you don't have to worry
