Did you try to rub your finger on the water colours? The camel student cake set (which you mentioned for Rs. 100) seems to come off easily when you rub your finger on it. Is it the same case with these colours?

Initially these cakes have a slightly shiny layer on them and even if you rub a finger the pigment won't come off. But yes they do transfer a bit with use ( not so much though). More or less Doms and camel provide you the same quality as they are both student water colors. Hope this helps!
