Domenico. May I make a suggestion With those whiting. Knock the slabs of fillets of each side So yr left with a head and backbone. And use that for bait on a 4/0 to 6/0 circle hook for something larger while yr fishing for the bread and butter species

The squids have been scarce last few weeks due to bad weather but the whiting love it..any sandy ground along that stretch from the Moles to Hillarys will hold them👍
