One thing i do and I'm sure plenty of others do too, in that cave with all the locked doors that open with a single lever, i use the rainbow stones to mark hallways I've already looted to help myself to not keeping running in circles getting lost.

Late to the video, but thanks! Found a few things I missed thanks to this! And also, I don’t know if you left this out because you didn’t know about it or forgot but, for anyone who doesn’t know, to the left of the entrance to Sellia’s hideaway, there is a sprit spring that lets you jump up on top of the big white skull and there is another circle of chairs with dead novels and there is a smithing stone 7,8, and 9 up there. I don’t think it was in the video anyway…sorry if it was and I just missed it lol.

13:56 there is a lever if you proceed to the end after you jump to the platform at 13:43. You turn immediately to right while you just needed to go straight.

I was following a quest guide so I could get the most interactions with the NPCs in the game as much as I could until I reached Altus Plataeu. The guide said it was okay to backtrack and clear the previous areas (namely Limgrave, Weeping Peninsula, Caelid, Liurnia and Altus Plateau) as long as I don't go to Mt. Gelmir. And then I found this...THIS helps a lot in clearing the various regions in the game. Thank you.

I inadvertently managed to cheese the deathrite bird by pushing it further and further towards the cliffside, it did an attack where it shoots loads of projectiles at you and then dropped of the side of the cliff, also awesome video! Liked and subscribed

6:42 More importan than the Scarab, that's the cave where you find the Serpent Bow, that's the best bow for an Arcane build. And you don't even have to beat anyone, just survive the rot enough to get past the first swamp.

I was running around fingering maidens and running up a staggering NPC homicide tally, not realising merchants and quest NPC's don't respawn. Not sure if anyone has mentioned this but the golem does drop the golem halberd. Also not sure if it's a rare drop but I got it just now by watching your video lol it's 36 STR to use and it has charge forth as the skill. Great videos though. Helping me pick up everything I missed before I finish the game

Quick tip: to get down by that giant golem for that ash of war from the painter ghost, you can actually just use the spirit spring if you aim for the most inward part of the ledge. You'll make it all the way down in one jump with zero fall damage because you used a spirit spring.

Forgot second boss in the Minor Erd Tree catacombs, you jump on one of the falling blades and it takes you to where you can get to the second level.

The lever to open the gate is on the platform above the gate. Same platform you jump on to get to the mushrooms

Yno I tried fighting the knights calvary fair and he just walked off a cliff while he was at like 60% health. Also the painting way bown below. You can use the springstanp next to the tree to get down by double jumping on torrent

On my first playthrough i was so confused by Gael Tunnel having 2 sites of grace and connecting to Limgrave... Then on a subsequent playthrough I went there earlier by the Limgrave side and was even more confused because it was locked from that side(actually does make sense since the boss was right there...but i just didn't understand the point) Finally on my most recent playthrough I did the same thing... but AFTER getting Alexander out of the ground...and realized that after all this time it was just a cool little moment in his side quest Edit - I know I could have looked it up but I liked playing my first playthroughs blind (until I've used all the builds I want to try)

I just started, but I went straight 2 caelid and now I'm lvl 99 and I killed everything using zwheheinder. Thx for the clarity just In case I missed something. I killed the stormveil bosses in 1 try. So I never got the challenge they speak of. Zwheheinder the whole way. zwheheinder is +16 n I infused with flame Grant me strength then ashes sacred blade.... Killed the death rite bird with 4 jump attacks. This collosal sword I been using since the beggining of dark souls 1. It's so OG and nobody uses it

Why did you never use holy attacks on those death birds? They go down super fast if you just use that ash of war that shoots a holy arc and coats your weapon with holy damage.
