its impossible to teach someone how to "roll on concrete".. you simply have to do it, get used to the feel of the concrete, do a simple roll, no momentum, no height, 'til you feel good doing it

For u to look around 35 years old u are in great shape and u do parkour very well I have done 10 foot drops before but u make 15 and 20 even 30 foot drops look possible I'm going to start trying more and bigger things since I've started watching u Dom cool name to I'm usually always watching storror parkour until I found ur channel thank u for showing me there are more ways for parkour than just 10 foot drops
